If you've been asked to attach an adverse explanation letter to your case, you need to attach a written explanation of adverse credit history signed and dated by the applicant(s).

This should include the following information:

  • how the Adverse Credit occurred,

  • when it occurred,

  • what the applicant(s) did/are doing to remedy it, and

  • why the applicant(s) believe it will not happen again.

To upload the document, go into the case and navigate to the 'documents' tab. Then click on 'uploaded files' and click the file upload button 'upload' and then choose the file you want to upload.

This file will then be saved in the uploaded files section of the case.
