First, you'll need to have submitted a DIP which has been approved. If the DIP has been approved, then you will be directed to complete a full mortgage application, to start simply click in the 'Complete FMA form' task, which will take you to the FMA form.
When you open up the FMA form, all of the information inputted in the DIP form will be carried over to the full mortgage application and the fields will be greyed out to indicate that they can not be edited once the DIP has been approved.
