Your email address is awaiting confirmation
After you register, you should receive an email with a link you need to click to confirm your account.
Your account isn't approved yet
If you see the message Your account is still awaiting lender approval, you need to wait for the lender to approve your account.
You can use the chat bubble in the bottom right to contact us if you think there's been a mistake or your account hasn't been approved promptly.
You locked yourself out
If you tried to log in with the wrong password too many times, your account will be locked. This is to prevent someone from trying to guess your password.
To unlock your account, check your email for an unlock link, or go here to request one.
